How to Log Into Your Homeowner Portal

Important Update: Starting August 20th, we're making it easier and safer to log into your account!

Two Ways to Log In

Option 1: One-Time Code (Recommended - Easier!)

This is the new, simple way to log in. No password needed!

How it works:

1. Go to your homeowner portal login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click "Log In With One-Time Passcode"
4. Check your email for a special code
5. Enter the code on the login page
6. You're in!

Why use this method?

• No passwords to remember
• More secure
• Faster access
• No need to call for help

Note: Each code works only once and expires quickly for your safety.

Option 2: Username and Password (Traditional Way)

You can still use your regular email and password if you prefer.

Steps:

1. Go to your homeowner portal login page
2. Click "Log In with your credentials"
3. Enter your email and password
4. Click "Log In"

Forgot Your Password?

From the login page:

1. Click "Log In with your credentials"
2. Click "Forgot your login?"
3. Enter your email and click "Send Code"
4. Check your email for a reset code
5. Enter the code and create a new password

After logging in: Sometimes you'll be asked to change your password right after logging in for security. Just follow the steps on your screen.
